Lesson 12:

Called to Plan

God's Truth

God will help bring order to our lives if we seek to honour him.

Vocabulary

  • Plan: a detailed proposal for achieving something we have set out to do as a team
  • Responsibility: meeting my role in respect to others and willing to be accountable for the consequences of my actions and behaviour
  • Budget: a financial plan for a specific period of time

The LORD directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. Psalm 37:23

Group Discussion

  • How important was planning for Nehemiah in rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem?
  • Why is it important to ask God when putting together a plan?
  • Why is it important to define each other’s responsibilities as you plan?
