One way for us to become accountable workers is to set goals for our futures. List out four goals you will aim to accomplish as you meet the needs of your community with your unique set of strengths and weaknesses. Your strengths are areas in which you are naturally strong; your weaknesses are qualities that can be seen as disadvantages.
